"Thirdlight CHORUS: An Outstanding Digital Asset Management Tool"
I've had a fantastic and genuinely professional experience working with Thirdlight. Their technical support has been top-notch every time we've needed it. Problems are tackled and solved just how we like. Plus, the entire user interface is well-designed, and the system itself is spot on - I’m talking about CHORUS for digital asset management.

A fantastic tool, no doubt. It's one of the top-notch information management systems I've come across. The support team is quick and super friendly. Every time I've requested a call or a web meeting to get help with setting up or using Chorus (and IMT), they've been right on it. The platform is user-friendly and straightforward, which makes its capabilities even more impressive. This is game-changing for any organization. Definitely worth a shout-out.

"Transitioning from Sharepoint to Chorus"
The ThirdLight crew showed immense patience with my team, who took ages to assess and approve the investment. The Chorus platform took the place of a custom Sharepoint solution we had been relying on. Over time, that tool became sluggish and costly to update and maintain. Chorus enabled our crew to shift to a more dynamic platform, which opened up a greater level of teamwork among our groups. The support after the purchase has been top-notch! I did a ton of research to reach the conclusion to suggest Chorus to our team, and I can't recommend it enough to others too.

I've been using Third Light Chorus for a few months now, and it has really met all our requirements. It offers enough adaptability that we could integrate our specific workflow into the platform. "Excellent Training Assistance"
We're about three-quarters into our training with Martin from Third Light, and our crew has been really pleased with the sessions. Martin explains things in detail and is always ready to address our queries. He never holds back and consistently offers clear responses along with helpful demonstrations. Out of all the remote training I've experienced over the years, my time with Third Light stands out as the best by a long shot. Martin's professionalism and readiness have made a super encouraging first impression of this new product.

"Awesome software, fantastic assistance!"
The support crew from this company is top-notch. Their response quality and speed blow most other similar businesses out of the water. The library is straightforward, efficient, and packed with options to customize it to fit your requirements. I've only encountered one downside in more than a year of using the system, and that's the lack of an upload app for Android at this point.

"Third Light Delivers Excellent Service to Clients"
For about 9 years, I've been using Third Light and they've always had my back. As a freelance photographer, I primarily rely on my account to send images to my clients. They really dig the convenience of a web-based platform for downloading files, and they find the Third Light interface super user-friendly. It's also been a big help for selling images on certain projects, and their payment system is a breeze to set up and navigate. The team at Third Light is incredibly helpful and supportive.
